staff were attentive any time of the day. marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk from morzine ski resort, appreciated it. moreover, it was in great area so close to the centre, morzine, and surrounding areas.
Well, the bathroom was quite small.

Stayed here with my family members and overall really enjoyed this apartment. Location was magnificent, 10 minutes' drive from Atray Ski Lift.

We definitely want to stay in that area again. The venue has new-fashioned and clean rooms. The location is a short walk from a bus station. The beds are exceptionally comfortable.

I recently stayed at Emerald Stay Apartments in a lovely, bright chalet. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main lift and restaurants, all within a 15-minute walk. The facilities were impressive, with modern design and hi-tech features like a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The hosts were responsive and fixed any issues straight away. The spa facilities were also very nice, providing a quiet and relaxing environment. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

the location was perfect, with beautiful views and close proximity to hiking trails. the apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed. the staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving any issues we had. the facilities, including the spa and hammam, were fantastic and added to our overall enjoyment. We also appreciated the convenience of the QR key system, although there was a minor issue with someone accessing our room due to a wrong QR code.
One minor drawback was that the apartments were a bit far from restaurants, requiring a car or some transportation to get to dining options.

I got great value for my money with a spacious and clean apartment that had comfortable beds and good facilities. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the center of town. The staff at Emerald Stay were quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was a wider variety of choices.

Great apartment for large groups, plenty of room and very clean and modern. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals at home. Easy access to slopes and ski hire shop. Good facilities such as gym and balcony with nice views.
Confusing online check-in process, especially when registering children. Location was a bit far from town and required a long walk or driving.

We stayed at Emerald Stay for a family ski trip and were blown away by the fantastic level of finish in the apartment. The tech was top-notch, with seamless check-in and great wifi and TV. The heated ski lockers and spa were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hosts even surprised me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the main lift and restaurants. a polished and enjoyable experience!
